TRAQ Level 2 risk assessment
Tree risk assessments are conducted as Level 2 visual inspections using ISA-approved risk matrices and documented observations. We evaluate the likelihood of failure, the likelihood of impact to targets, and the consequences of failure — then explain the findings clearly.
A neutral third party
Mike serves as a neutral assessor. He is not an advocate for preservation or removal — the role is to identify risk and make recommendations based on established arboricultural standards (ISA TRAQ, ANSI A300, and applicable Florida statutes including F.S. 163.045).

Will you recommend removal to make a sale?
No. Mike provides objective, neutral assessments based on industry standards. The goal is to identify risk and explain it clearly — not to push removal.
